I’ve been looking for a great product such as this and I understand that the Weider 200 is of good quality. I have had success with Weider products in the past. But what gives with the price? Yesterday 2/24/09 it was $154 and today it is $170. I have seen the same piece of equiptment at K-mart.com and Meijer.com for $99.99 and even when shipping was added it was around $135. Unfortunately the item was no longer in stock from both places. I usually prefer buying from Amazon.com and have always been pleased in the past with every purchase I have made. I just don’t understand the price increase.

I bought this tower for my home gym. It is perfect. I am not sure about the other reviews saying it is not good quality. It is perfect for individual use in a home gym. I weigh 190 lbs and there is no problem supporting my weight. It is very easy to assemble and will take less than 2 hours. Make sure you have a ratchet set. My home gym measure 12′x15′ and fits perfectly.
